Morning pranayama routine for busy professionals

🧘

You don't need an hour on the mat. A focused 10-minute pranayama routine can reset your nervous system for the whole day.

Begin with 2 minutes of deep belly breathing to settle in.

Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) for 4 minutes balances the mind and improves concentration.

Bhramari (humming bee breath) for 2 minutes calms anxiety before a busy day.

Finish with 2 minutes of silent observation of your natural breath. Do this daily and notice the shift within a week.

Practise on an empty stomach, sit with a tall spine, and never force the breath — pranayama should feel calm, not strained.
